Turkish police detained more than 80 soldiers over alleged links to the preacher Fethullah Gulen.
According to Anadolu, arrests began after the Ankara prosecutor's office issued arrest warrants for 110 soldiers. Among the arrested are three colonels, two lieutenant colonels, captains, lieutenants and sergeants, as well as a military pilot.
More than 100,000 civil servants, teachers and journalists have been dismissed, about 50,000 have been arrested on suspicion of having links to Gülen after the coup attempt in July 2016.
