Speaker of the Armenian parliament Ara Babloyan arrived in Artsakh with a working visit on September 28. Speaker of the Artsakh parliament Ashot Ghulyan met his Armenian counterpart in Stepanakert, the press srevice of the Artsakh National Assembly reported.
The heads of the two parliaments visited the Stepanakert branch of the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies and got acquainted with the educational programs.
