YEREVAN. – The court sustained a motion for the arrest of a ballistics expert involved in the investigation into the March 1, 2008 events in Yerevan.
A.H. is charged with falsification of evidence. According to the investigators, he concealed the traces of the crime by forging evidence. The ballistics expert replaced the cartridges and provided false information in the documents.
