YEREVAN. – CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov returned to Armenia on November 4, his lawyer Mihran Poghosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“There were no investigative actions involving my client,” Poghosyan said.
Khachaturov has been charged with toppling constitutional order in Armenia during the March 1, 2008 events. He was released on bail.
