A woman and her 13-year-old son died after they fell out of the window of the ninth floor in the Russian city of the Samara region, RIA Novosti reported.
According to the source, the investigation has been launched in this regard.
As a source in the law enforcement agencies of the region told RIA Novosti, the teenager had cerebral palsy.
