Co-founders of Quartet Media, former MPs Mihran Hakobyan and Samvel Farmanyan have submitted applications on January 8 quitting their membership to the Republican Party of Armenia.

Speaking to Tert.am, Hakobyan and Farmanyan confirmed the information.

Earlier Hakobyan, Farmanyan and Arman Saghatelyan released a statement informing about founding Quartet Media company which has acquired Tert.am, Armnews TV, Love Radio and Radio 107 FM.

Other two co-founders of the company Arman Saghatelyan and Karen Bekaryan were MPs of the Republican faction not being members of the party.
