YEREVAN. – The regular sittings of the second session of the new National Assembly of Armenia have gotten underway Monday.

There three matters on the agenda.

But the bill on government structure changes, whereby it is proposed to reduce the number of ministries from seventeen down to twelve, is not on the agenda of this session.

In addition, three of the five law proposals submitted by the MPs were rejected, and this means that these proposals will not even be debated on in the parliament.
