Former Armenian parliament’s deputy chief of staff Arsen Babayan, who is accused of promoting usurpation of power by the head of the Constitutional Court and forgery, does not rule out the appeal to the ECHR.

His remarks came during the press conference on Thursday with the participation of his lawyers - Lusine Sahakyan, Yervand Varosyan and Lusine Martirosyan.

According to Babayan, an appeal to the ECHR will follow if the absurd happens.
