On November 22, the Artsakh Republic National Assembly standing committees and factions debated on the bill on the state budget of 2020.

Presenting the document, Minister of Finance Artur Harutyunyan noted that the budgetary policy of 2020 will be aimed at stimulating economic growth and gradual increase of economic growth potential in Artsakh.

But first, the Minister noted that the macroeconomic indicators for 2019 enable to expect higher economic growth rate this year than was projected by the 2019 draft state budget.

And referring to the 2020 draft state budget, Harutyunyan noted that the projected GDP for next year will make 375.6 billion drams, providing an 8% real growth.
