Just because we still haven’t decided to set a curfew or declare another lockdown doesn’t mean that we’re not going to make that decision later. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing held after the session of the Commandant’s Office today.

“Before making any decision, we need to be 100% sure that the decision will help us achieve certain outcomes. In Armenia where I surprisingly found out that there is an ‘underground life’, starting from underground weddings, parties and graduation ceremonies, that ‘underground life’ can continue with the same logic and we will face the same problems,” Pashinyan said, adding that even though the situation is still rather grave and is becoming graver, he believes Armenians can change the situation with their behavior.
