STEPANAKERT. – President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Wednesday approved the government's decision on appointing Feliks Gabrielyan as chairman of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Nature Protection Committee; the Central Information Department of the Office of the Republic of Artsakh President informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
