Ruben Hakobyan, one of the defense attorneys of third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that he and the other defense attorneys have filed a motion to postpone the trial of Serzh Sargsyan and other ex-officials.

To date, there has only been one trial, and the previous trial was postponed due to the coronavirus. Sargsyan is charged with organizing the embezzlement of about AMD 500,000,000 from the state budget, but doesn’t accept the charge brought against him.
