President of Russia Vladimir Putin says Azerbaijan itself will determine the place where a joint monitoring center will be deployed in its sovereign territory, adding that the Russian-Turkish joint monitoring center will use unmanned aerial vehicles to control the situation in the online regime in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reported.

“We have agreed that we are creating a joint center that will use unmanned aerial vehicles. Together we will control the situation with the help of UAVs and will receive and analyze the information and draw conclusions,” Putin said.
