YEREVAN. – There is not a single person in Armenia today who does not want that traitor and "Turk" to be ousted and serve his punishment by law. Mikayel Melkumyan, an MP of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party, stated this during Thursday’s rally at Liberty Square in the capital Yerevan, and referring to PM Nikol Pashinyan.

"We [Armenian] are going along the edge of the abyss, but we have no right to fall into the abyss. We must definitely show our strength because that traitor, who is still temporarily attached to that chair today, has led the country to a final crisis. Today he was ‘knocked down,’ and he is in agony—with his small group," Melkumyan said.

In his opinion, by making the controversial statement about the Russian-made Iskander ballistic missile system, Pashinyan tried to drive a wedge between Armenian-Russian relations. "[But] he will not succeed. We stand until the end and deliver the last decisive blow to him," added Mikayel Melkumyan.
