Former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artak Beglaryan has been appointed State Minister and dismissed from the position of Chief of Staff of the President, as reported Spokesperson of the President of Artsakh.
Former State Minister Grigory Martirosyan had already posted on his Facebook page that he would be terminating his powers on June 1.
