The meeting of the Russia-NATO Council began in the North Atlantic Alliance headquarters in Brussels, RIA Novosti reported.

The interdepartmental commission of the Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry represents Moscow. It includes Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko on behalf of the diplomatic mission.
