Russian President Vladimir Putin does not see a problem in the fact that some domestic specialists in the IT-sphere have moved to Armenia, TASS reported.

Speaking at the first Eurasian Economic Forum, the Russian head of state told how he discussed with his colleagues from Kazakhstan and Armenia the development of high technologies, but not for the reason that "some IT specialists [from Russia] moved to Armenia," Putin noted.

At the same time, he believes that such a situation is "to some extent a challenge" for Russia. "We must create better conditions," Putin said.
