Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has met via videoconference with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, who is on a working visit to Baku, Azerbaijani media reported, citing Aliyev's press service.
The reason for holding the meeting in the format of a videoconference was because members of the Venezuelan delegation had tested positive for the coronavirus, the media added.
