The tragic explosion that took place in the area of the Surmalu trade center in Yerevan—as a result of which we have casualties, injured, and missing—has deeply shocked all of us. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan noted this in his message of condolence regarding this incident.
"On behalf of the people of the Republic of Artsakh and myself, I extend my condolences and support to the relatives of the casualties, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery. At this difficult moment, the Armenian people must arm themselves with fortitude, and show support to all the victims," the Artsakh President added on Facebook.
