Russia has changed its position on a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy and softened the conditions for the organization of face-to-face talks, CNN Türk reported, citing sources in the Turkish government.

Previously, Moscow's prerequisite was to have a roadmap drawn up for the peace talks, but now the Kremlin has allowed the discussion of this map at a face-to-face meeting of the leaders of the states. "The leaders can discuss and define a road map. Delegations can then begin work on putting this road map into practice," the sources said.
