Artsakh National Assembly speaker Artur Tovmasyan convened an expanded working meeting today with the participation of faction heads, committee chairmen and staff members.

Tovmasyan told NEWS.am the press service of the Artsakh National Assembly that during the meeting he spoke about convening an inter-parliamentary sitting of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia scheduled for the second half of September and forming an agenda. The emerging agenda will include issues related to the Artsakh issue and security.

The preparations for the opening of the sixth session of the seventh convocation of the Karabakh National Assembly were also discussed.

The participants of the meeting also talked about the initiative of the five factions of the National Assembly to organize a meeting dedicated to the proclamation of the Republic of Artsakh on September 2 at 19:00 pm in Stepanakert's Renaissance Square.
