Secretaries of CIS Security Councils will discuss nuclear security and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons at a meeting in Moscow, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said.
"We will hear information on the issue of ensuring nuclear security and nonproliferation of nuclear weapons," Patrushev said, opening the meeting on Thursday.
