The peace project is neither of Brussels nor of Moscow; it was developed by both sides. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan stated this while speaking with reporters Tuesday in the National Assembly of Armenia.
He noted that the comments that Armenia conducts negotiations only on Western platforms are wrong.
"Negotiations are conducted on several platforms, including in Russia. A meeting of foreign ministers is planned soon, on May 19," added the Armenian deputy FM.
