The investigative body completed the investigation and sent to the court the criminal case of Ashot Pashinyan, the son of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, vs. Gayane Martirosyan, in which Martirosyan, the mother of a fallen soldier, is accused of kidnapping Ashot. Her lawyer Hovsep Sargsyan told this to a press conference Monday.

"I met with Gayane, she is in a combative mood, she is upset that her freedom is limited," the lawyer added.
