Azerbaijani authorities have taken around 60 diplomats and military attachés from 33 countries and 10 organizations to the Hakari Bridge and tried to mislead foreign diplomats, assuring that the corridor was operating as usual until recently.
Azerbaijan had set up an illegal checkpoint on the bridge and on June 22 completely closed it by placing concrete barriers. It is not known whether the barriers were removed before the diplomats' visit.
