France is going to submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council in order to provide aid to the 120,000 residents of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) who are on the brink of starving to death as a result of Azerbaijan's illegal blocking of the Lachin corridor, reports Le Figaro daily.
The respective article reports that Paris and several large regions of France will send humanitarian cargo to Armenia in order to deliver it to Artsakh.
