The study conducted by the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has found out that the companies IOE AI, ChargeFast, CharlesSchwab, Asos Mall, Furious, Hewlett-Packard Company operating in Armenia draw funds in a public way through the websites, mobile apps, and Telegram accounts opened by them, making a public offer to receive bonuses and bonuses in return for provided funds (including deposits) by inviting other persons. Based on the fact that the aforementioned companies, in fact, draw funds from the general public, the CBA informs that these mentioned companies have not been issued any license by the CBA to carry out any kind of activity in Armenia, and therefore they operate outside the scope of the CBA's oversight.

Considering the above noted, the CBA cannot oversee the risks arising from the activities of such companies and ensure the proper protection of consumer interests in Armenia, which means that people in Armenia, when entrusting their funds to such organizations, act solely at their own risk, which can lead to financial losses and severe social consequences, informed the Central Bank of Armenia.
