As far as I know, all the main issues regarding the delivery of Russian weapons by Armenia have been resolved, Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan told a press conference Wednesday.

Hovhannisyan noted that he cannot say much about it because the respective discussions are conducted in an undisclosed manner. He only added that the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Armenia did not receive a signal that there were any problems.

On November 24 of last year, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had announced that discussions were underway on how to resolve the problem of Armenia paying Russia for the weapons it did not receive. He had proposed to reduce Armenia's national debt to Russia by that amount. It should be noted it is about $400 million.

And recently, the MoD of Armenia had informed that most of the controversial matters in this regard had been resolved, but there were still unresolved matters.
