No changes in Armenia-Egypt charter flights are expected, as citizens who are planning vacations in the country have not canceled their trips, Tez Tour company’s representatives informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The company is still operating flights to Egypt, they added. “Our tourists are aware of the situation in Egypt. One person has refused to fly to Egypt so far. The Armenian tourists in Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh have not complained about unstable situation in the country over the last several days. If our tourists are dissatisfied they usually call us or ask their relatives to express discontent,” agency’s representative said.

Calling to other tourist agencies, “Triumph”, “Alo”, “Trichk” and “Ace Travel” among them, we found out that tourists traveling to Egypt by these companies have not complained as well.

The tour companies also said the number of tourists willing to spend their vacations in Egypt has not reduced and the next charter flight will be operated on February 6. 

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, as of January 30 there are 164 Armenian tourists in resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh.

According to recent reports, the death toll in Egyptian riots reached 150, 4.000 others were injured.
