YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian, on Thursday will pay a visit to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh.
In NKR capital city Stepanakert, the Armenian FM will meet with the leadership of Artsakh, Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs press service informs.
