YEREVAN. – Due to the rise in the prices of natural gas and electricity in Armenia, the bread prices increased by 10-20 drams (approx. $0.02-$0.05), in the past three days, in capital city Yerevan and in some nearby cities, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.

“The price increase is not in all the stores, but soon it will be widespread. The employees of grocery stores informed this to our reporter, and stressed that the prices of everything have gone up in the stores.

“The salespersons could not specify a product whose price had not increased in recent months,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
