STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan has signed a decree.
Pursuant to this order, Colonel Vyacheslav Danielyan is appointed Deputy Commander of the NKR Defense Army, informs the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
A five-year contract is signed with Colonel Danielyan.
