YEREVAN. – State Treasury of Precious Metals and Stones Agency of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has set the following prices for one gram of pure metal for the period from July 29 to August 4.

Gold: Purchase AMD 16,125.36 (+506.55), sale AMD 17,527.56 (+550.59);

Silver: Purchase AMD 244.13 (+5.21), sale 265.36 (+5.66);

Platinum: Purchase AMD 17,459.36 (-649.64), sale AMD 18,977.57 (-706.13); and

Palladium: Purchase AMD 8,986.66 (+93.98), sale AMD 9,768.11 (+102.15).

On Tuesday, gold gained some value and passed $1,330 per troy ounce (31.1 gram) at the London Stock Exchange.

In the past week, the gold price stabilized in the international markets, and at a level that is higher than $1,320.
