The EU believes Moldova must double efforts if the country wants to initial Association Agreement during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius, Polish FM Radoslaw Sikorski said.
In the context of Armenia’s joining the Customs Union, other states willing to finalize talks and sign the Association Agreement, must double their efforts in coming weeks to meet all necessary criteria, he added.
Sikorsky said Georgia and Moldova must cherish European values to initial the Association Agreement, MoldNews reported.
As a result of the talks that were held on September 3 in Moscow between Armenian and Russian Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Vladimir Putin, it was announced that Armenia plans to join the Customs Union and subsequently engage in the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
