BAKU. – The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)  Minsk Group Co-Chair Jacques Faure (France) headed to the Azerbaijani capital city Baku.

Faure’s colleagues Igor Popov (Russia) and James Warlick (USA) likewise will travel to Baku on the weekend, Vzglyad.az reports.

On November 4, the mediators will meet with Azerbaijan’s president and FM, and discuss the future course of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, and subsequently visit Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.  

The objective of the co-chairs’ trip to the region is to set up the next meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
