YEREVAN. – Under the decree of Armenian PM, Arman Babloyan has been appointed Deputy Health Minister.
Arman Babloyan was born in Yerevan in 1979. He graduated from the faculty of stomatology of the Yerevan State Medical University. Babloyan is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). He is married and has two children.
Arman Babloyan is the son of MP Ara Babloyan, chairman of the standing committee on healthcare, maternity and childhood.
