April 11, NKR President Bako Sahakyan and RA Premier Tigran Sargsyan visited a number of hydropower plants in Martakert region.

They participated in the opening ceremony of water pipeline in the village of Verin Horatakh and the Trghe-1 hydropower plant, thereafter visited construction site of the Trghe-2 plant, NKR presidential information department informed NEWS.am.

The President noted the importance of hydropower plants’ construction and irrigation network for energy security of the country, as well the social and economical development.

NKR Premier Ara Harutunyan, members of the cabinet and other officials also participated.
