Kyrgyz interim government dismissed several ambassadors, including the brother of country's president Marat Bakiyev, holding the post of ambassador in Norway and Germany since 2005.

According to Kabar agency, under the decree of interim government's premier Roza Otunbayeva — Russian, Turkish, US and Canadian ambassadors are also removed.

On April 11 a phone coversation of U.S. Secretary Hillary Clinton and Roza Otunbayeva was hold, where Secretary exreessed support to the Kyrgyz administration in efforts in peaceful settlement to the current political situation in the country. U.S. official emphasized the regional security and important role Kyrgyzstan plays in central transit traffic.
