President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on dismissing Gayane Apinian from the post of NKR Permanent Representative to the Federative Republic of Germany, upon her own application, NKR Presidential press service reports.
Under another presidential decree, Harutyun Grigorian was appointed NKR Permanent Representative to FRG.
