June 19, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring NKR honorary titles.

Under the decree, the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports was conferred on Boris Gharayan - assistant to the head of the NKR Sports Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia - for his considerable contribution to the development of physical culture and sports, the NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

Under the same decree the title of Honored Coach was conferred on Amalya Martirossyan, a senior lecturer of Artsakh State University, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia.
