YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration of Armenia will cease to exist as a separate unit, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan stated at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.
This ministry will be joined to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
But the number of Armenia’s ministries will remain the same because a new ministry, the Ministry of International Economic Integration and Reforms, will be established.
It is not yet indicated what the new combined ministry will be called, and whether the Deputy Prime Minister’s position, which the Minister of Territorial Administration was holding, will be eliminated.
