Russia hopes that Armenia and Azerbaijan will be able to commence a substantive dialogue regarding the precepts for a resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Moscow’s permanent representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Alexander Lukashevich, informed about the aforementioned, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
Lukashevich added that the recent meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan was a “significant change” toward the settlement of this conflict.
