YEREVAN. – Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross on Wednesday visited a citizen of Azerbaijan who crossed Armenian border on Tuesday, representative of the ICRC office Zara Amatuni told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
An Azerbaijani citizen, Valiyeva Zogra Vardzarkizi (born in 1977), on Tuesday crossed the border in the Mehrab direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The woman is a resident of Yanikli village of Azerbaijan’s Tovuz province
