Sanctions against Russia need to be kept before implementation of the Minsk Agreement by Moscow,  U.S. President Barack Obama expressed the opinion in his article published in the electronic version of The Financial Times newspaper and dated for the NATO summit opening in Warsaw.

Obama said that even though NATO member countries are open  for more constructive relations with Russia, they should agree that the anti-Russian sanctions must be kept until Moscow completely fulfills its obligations under the Minsk Agreement.
