U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will discuss Karabakh during his visit to Moscow this week, State Department spokesman John Kirby said on Monday.
He will also touch upon Syria, Ukraine, and other issues with Russian officials.
After Kerry will visit Luxembourg and Brussels where he will meet with EU foreign ministers.
