U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Moscow where he will hold meetings with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and President Putin, TASS reported.
The Secretary of State will discuss, Syria, Russia, Karabakh and bilateral relations.
According to the American media, Kerry has brought a number of initiatives on Syria, in particular the proposal on a joint coordination in the fight against terrorists.
