The Washington D.C. belives that the United States will continue pushing forward the setlement of the Karabakh conflict at the seniors' level, reports the Voice of America based on the information provided by the State Department.

" We are encouraged by the outcomes of May 16 meeting in Vienna and June 20 meeting in St. Petersburg on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.  Presidents Aliyev and Sargsyan committed themselves to respect the ceasefire, take measures to stop violence, and resume discussions directed towards an integrated  settlement.  Last week, within the framework of the NATO summit, the Secretary of State Kerry had a separate meeting with each president. He stressed the importance  of providing a long-term  progress on the settlement and implementing the agreements reached at Vienna and St. Petersburg meetings.  Together with the co-chairs, the United States at the level of seniors, will remain engaged in the implemetation of those goals ," says the response of the State Department.
