U.S. administration hopes that the American public will to leave Barron Trump, the president's 10-year-old son, alone.

“It is a longstanding tradition that the children of Presidents are afforded the opportunity to grow up outside of the political spotlight. The White House fully expects this tradition to continue. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter,” the White House reported.

The outrage against the mocking of Barron was sparked after Katie Rich, a Saturday Night Live writer tweeted:” Baron will be this country's first homeschool shooter.”

Rich later deleted the tweet, deactivated her account but then reactivated it on Monday, saying she wanted to "sincerely apologise" for the "insensitive" tweet and "deeply regret" her actions.

According to some mass media, Barron will have to attend a lot of events with his family and his behaviour, including yawning during his father’s inauguration, will be scrutinised by the public.
