Brazilian federal police have asked Interpol to help to arrest the Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista, who is suspected of bribery, reports Globo.

According to the channel, the Brazilian authorities searched Batista's house, but did not find him there. It is believed, that he left the country and now is in New York. According to Forbes, in 2012, Batista's wealth was estimated at $ 30 billion, making him the richest man in Brazil.
