YEREVAN. – Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), Arthur Javadyan, received an International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank (WB) delegation comprising discussants in the annual meeting of the countries of the IMF and WB subgroup, which is led by Belgium and the Netherlands.
First, Javadyan said he is pleased to be hosting the participants in this year’s meeting which will be held in Armenia, and underscored this event, the CBA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Also, the CBA chief noted that Armenia is collaborating productively with the IMF and the WB for the past 25 years, during which these two organizations have played a significant part in Armenia’s economic development, and he lauded their assistance in the reforms that were implemented in the country.
